案例库教学在留学生消化内科实习中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析案例库教学模式在留学生消化内科全英文实习中的应用及教学效果。方法根据教学大纲编写英文版消化内科案例库,将青岛大学临床医学系2020级46名实习留学生随机分为2组即案例库教学组和传统教学组,每组23名,分析在留学生消化内科全英文实习中应用案例库教学模式后实验组学生对临床实习教学方法的兴趣度、教师对案例库教学形式的接受度以及教学效果。结果实验组学生对临床实习教学方法感兴趣度为95.65%高于对照组学生65.22%(P<0.05)。实验组教师对案例库教学形式的接受度为100%高于对照组69.56%(P<0.05)。实验组出科成绩优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论案例库教学模式在留学生实习中教学效果优于传统的教学方法,行该种教学法后学生的学习兴趣得到极大提升,并且教师群体对于该种教学方法的接受度良好,教学最终效果可观。 Objective To analyze the application and teaching effect of case base teaching mode in English practice of Gastroenterology for international students.Methods According to the syllabus,the English version of the case bank of Gastroenterology was compiled,and 46 international students of grade 2020 in the Department of clinical medicine of Qingdao University were enrolled They were randomly divided into two groups,the case base teaching group and the traditional teaching group,with 23 students in each group.After the application of the case base teaching mode in the English practice of Gastroenterology,the students'interest in the clinical practice teaching method,the teachers'acceptance of the case base teaching form and the teaching effect of the experimental group were analyzed.Results 95.65%of the students in the experimental group were more interested in clinical practice teaching method than 65.22%of the students in the control group(P<0.05).The acceptance rate of the experimental group was 100%higher than 69.56%of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of case base teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching method in international students'internship.After this teaching method,students'interest in learning has been greatly improved,and the acceptance of this teaching method by teachers is good,and the final teaching effect is considerable.
