摘要 目的探究案例教学法(CBL)联合以团队为基础的学习(TBL)、以问题为中心的学习(PBL)的融合式教学法在《风湿病学》课堂教学中的应用及其效果。方法选取学校临床医学专业五年制本科实习生100名作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各50名。对照组采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学模式,实验组采用TBL-PBL-CBL教学模式,比较两组考核成绩和学生对教学方法的满意度。结果在理论闭卷考试和操作技能考试成绩方面,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在学生对教学方法满意度情况方面,实验组的92.00%显著高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合TBL,PBL融合式教学法应用在《风湿病学》课程教学中效果明显,可提升学生对理论和实践知识的掌握程度,获得学生的高度认可。 Objective To explore the application of casebased teaching method(CBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)and problem-centered learning(PBL)in the classroom teaching of rheumatology and its application effect.Methods 100 five-year undergraduate interns of clinical medicine major in our school were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 each.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode mainly based on teacher teaching,and the experimental group adopts the TBL-PBLCBL teaching mode to compare the assessment results of the two groups and the students'satisfaction with the teaching methods.Results In terms of theoretical closed-book exam and operation skill exam,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of students'satisfaction with teaching methods,92.00%of the experimental group was significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with TBL and PBL fusion teaching methods in the teaching of rheumatology has obvious effect,which can improve students'mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge,and obtain high recognition from students.
