循证护理在糖尿病健康教育带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的探究循证护理在糖尿病健康教育带教中的应用效果。方法入选2019年5月—2020年5月在医院实习的150名社区护理实习生,采用随机方式分组,各75例,观察组给予基于循证护理的健康教育带教,对照组给予常规带教方式,比较两组学生和患者的相关指标。结果观察组护理后空腹血糖(6.02±1.42)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.25±1.45)mmol/L均低于对照组空腹血糖(8.89±1.45)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.55±1.78)mmol/L(P<0.05)。观察组糖尿病患者护理满意度98.00%高于对照组74.00%(P<0.05)。观察组实习生专业技能(88.25±1.12)分、操作技能(86.25±1.45)分、积极性(82.25±1.45)分、沟通能力(80.25±1.45)分均高于对照组专业技能、操作技能、积极性、沟通能力评分(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在糖尿病健康教育带教中效果显著,不仅能够提高护理实习生的操作技能和沟通能力,且能够使社区护理实习生的专业技能、操作技能、积极性、沟通能力得以提高,同时能够提高患者满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in diabetes health education.Methods Selected community nursing interns who practiced in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were introduced randomly,75 cases in each case,the observation group was given health education teaching based on evidence-based nursing,and the control group was given regular teaching Ways to compare the indicators of the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose(6.02±1.42)mmol/L and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.25±1.45)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(8.89±1.45)mmol/L and the 2h postprandial blood glucose(9.55±1.78)mmol/L(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of diabetes patients in the observation group was 98.00%higher than that in the control group 74.00%(P<0.05).The scores of professional skills(88.25±1.12),operation skills(86.25±1.45),motivation(82.25±1.45)and communication skills(80.25±1.45)of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a significant effect in the teaching of diabetes health education.It can not only improve the operational skills and communication skills of nursing interns,but also improve the professional skills,operational skills,enthusiasm and communication skills of community nursing interns.It can improve patient satisfaction.
