基于互动式教学理念的临床麻醉学线上教学模式探析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析基于互动式教学理念的临床麻醉学线上教学模式的应用效果。方法选取2018届学校临床麻醉学的临床实习生20人,随机分成两组,分别为对照组和实验组,对照组采用的是常规的线上教学模式,实验组在对照组的基础上应用互动式教学理念,在经过一段时间的教学后,比较对照组与实验组两组学生的学习状况和线上学习满意度。结果实验组的记忆类题目和理解类题目的成绩都要高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生们认为“能够引发学习兴趣”“对于学习内容理解更加深刻”“对待学习更加积极主动”“线上临床教学氛围舒适”的数量与对照组对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过临床麻醉学教学改革,改变单一的线上教学模式是广大师生急需解决的问题。临床麻醉学的教学模式改革是不容搁置的,基于互动式教学理念的临床麻醉学线上教学模式相较于传统线上教学模式有着显著的优势。 Objective To analyze the application effect of the online teaching mode of clinical anesthesiology based on the interactive teaching concept.Methods Twenty clinical internships in our school's clinical anesthesiology in 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an experimental group.The control group used a conventional online teaching model.The experimental group was based on the control group Using the interactive teaching concept,after a period of teaching,compare the learning status and online learning satisfaction of the students in the control group and the experimental group.Results The experimental group’s memory and comprehension subjects achieved higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the number of students who thought"can arouse learning interest","more profound understanding of learning content","more active in learning"and"comfortable online clinical teaching atmosphere"(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the teaching reform of clinical anesthesiology,changing the single online teaching mode is an urgent problem for teachers and students.The teaching mode reform of clinical anesthesiology can not be shelved.Compared with the traditional online teaching mode,the online teaching mode of clinical anesthesiology based on interactive teaching concept has significant advantages.
