超声诊断学在医学临床教学中属于实践操作性很强的学科,而随着医学教育的发展,以胜任力为导向在医学教育中的应用被逐渐强调,因此在超声专业住院医师规范化培养过程中,岗位胜任力提升尤为重要。课题组认为,在超声专业住院医师规范化培训教学改革实践中,培训基地应至始至终以提升住院医师岗位胜任力为目标,围绕这一目标进行教学设计,教学应用并进行教学评价至关重要。而在实际教学过程中,采用以CBL为主的混合式教学,OSCE模式进行形成性评价和终结性评价,对于提升超声专业住院医师岗位胜任力和职业发展水平具有重要作用。

Ultrasound diagnostics is a highly practical subject in medical clinical teaching.With the development of medical education,the application of competencyoriented medical education is gradually emphasized.Therefore,in the standardized training process of ultrasonic resident physicians It is especially important to improve job competence.The research group believes that in the practice of reforming the standardized training and teaching of ultrasound resident physicians,the training base should aim at improving the competence of resident physicians from beginning to end.Teaching design,teaching application and teaching evaluation around this goal are crucial important.In the actual teaching process,the use of CBL-based mixed teaching,OSCE mode for formative evaluation and final evaluation,has an important role in improving the professional competence and professional development of ultrasound resident doctors.
