摘要
目的探讨运用呼出气一氧化氮浓度测定指导儿童哮喘的治疗价值。方法选择2018年1-12月在医院儿科收治的哮喘儿童共97名,按照随机抽签法分为两组,FeNO组57例;对照组40例。比较随访终点的两组停药人数、C-ACT得分,FeNO水平,FEV1和吸入性糖皮质激素(ICS)吸入剂量。结果4次随访结束后,两组患者C-ACT评分,FeNO水平,FEV1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是,FeNO组ICS吸入剂量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),FeNO组停药率75.51%高于对照组的52.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FeNO水平测定可以较好的反应气道炎症,动态监测该指标,可以用于监测哮喘病情变化,用药方案及剂量的调整。
Objective To explore the therapeutic value of exhaled nitric oxide concentration in children with asthma.Method A total of 97 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,57 in FeNO group and 40 in control group.The number of drug withdrawal,c-act score,FeNO level,FEV1 and inhaled corticosteroids(ICS)were compared between the two groups at the end of follow-up.Results After four times of follow-up,there was no significant difference in c-act score,FeNO level and FEV1 level between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the inhaled dose of ICS in FeNO group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The discontinuation rate of FeNO group was 75.51%higher than that of the control group(52.94%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of FeNO can reflect the airway inflammation better,and the dynamic monitoring of the index can be used to monitor the change of asthma condition,the adjustment of medication plan and dosage.
