安全隐患预防措施在门诊手术室护理中的应用及效果

Application and Effect Analysis of Preventive Measures for Hidden Safety Hazards in Nursing Care of Outpatient Operating Room

目的探讨安全隐患预防措施在门诊手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月医院门诊接受手术治疗的患者95例,随机分组,对照组常规手术室护理,观察组采取安全隐患预防手术室护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组手术室护理环境质量评分(23.14±1.07)分、核查信息质量评分(22.95±1.13)分、操作质量评分(23.55±0.57)分、言行态度质量评分(23.41±0.49)分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组安全隐患发生率相较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论门诊手术室开展护理工作期间应深入分析可能引发安全隐患的原因,制定相应预防对策,从而确保手术顺利进行,使患者得以有效质量。

Objective To explore the effect of safety precautions in outpatient operating room nursing.Methods Ninety-five patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into groups.The control group was routinely operated in the operating room,and the observation group was taken to prevent hidden dangers in the operating room to compare the nursing effects.Results The observation group's operating room nursing environment quality score(23.14±1.07),verification information quality score(22.95±1.13),operation quality score(23.55±0.57),and word and deed attitude quality score(23.41±0.49)were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of potential safety hazards in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing work in the outpatient operating room,indepth analysis of possible causes of potential safety hazards should be made,and corresponding preventive measures should be formulated to ensure the smooth operation of the operation and the effective quality of the patients.
