摘要
介绍基于时序生产模拟技术开发的新能源消纳能力评估系统,该系统针对大规模新能源进行精细化生产模拟,模型考虑了影响新能源消纳的多种内外因素,能充分把握新能源随机运行方式,给出新能源出力波动性及随机性对电网安全性、可靠性与经济性的影响,定量分析新能源发电量、切除电量及相应的容量可信度。该系统在某地区电网中得到应用,并获得了可靠的评估结果,实用性得到了论证。
The development of new energy consumption capacity evaluation system which is used for fine production simulation of large-scale new energy based on sequential production simulation technology is introduced in this paper.A variety of internal and external factors that affect the consumption of new energy,and can fully grasp the random operation of new energy were considered in this system.The influence of the fluctuation and randomness of new energy output on the security,reliability and economy of power grid is given,and the generation capacity,cut-off power and corresponding capacity reliability of new energy are quantitatively analyzed.The system has been applied in a regional power grid,and the reliable evaluation results are obtained,and the practicability is demonstrated.
