摘要
高压开关设备的智能运维需提取大量关键参数,而目前的技术手段主要是从高压开关设备在线监测装置中提取数据,因此需增加高压开关设备在线监测装置。这样不仅使整个系统的运行成本增大,而且存在安全隐患风险和不可靠因素等问题。针对高压开关设备智能运维方面的缺陷,提出了一种基于调度自动化数据的高压开关设备智能运维优化策略。该策略通过对高压断路器运维数据采集阶段的创新,跳过传统在线监测装置局限性,直接从电网调度数据系统中提取高压开关设备的相关重要数据,再通过技术分析和数据处理等手段,得到反映高压开关设备运行情况和性能指标的动作特性重要表征参数。这些动作特性关键参数可作为高压开关设备智能运维的基础,更进一步地可作为高压开关设备寿命预测的判断依据。
The intelligent operation and maintenance of high-voltage switchgear needs to extract a large number of key parameters.However,the current technical means mainly extract data from the online monitoring device of high-voltage switchgear,so an additional online monitoring device for high-voltage switchgear is needed.This not only increases the operating cost of the entire system,but also presents problems such as potential safety hazards and unreliable factors.Aiming at the above-mentioned shortcomings in the intelligent operation and maintenance of high-voltage switchgear,a high-voltage switchgear intelligent operation and maintenance optimization strategy based on dispatch automation data is proposed.Through the innovation of high-voltage circuit breaker operation and maintenance data acquisition stage,this strategy skips the limitations of traditional online monitoring devices,and directly extracts the relevant important data of high-voltage switchgear from the power grid dispatching data system.Then,through technical analysis and data processing,the important characterization parameters of the action characteristics reflecting the operating conditions and performance indicators of the high-voltage switchgear are obtained.These key operating characteristic parameters can be used as the basis for intelligent operation and maintenance of high-voltage switchgear,and further can be used as the basis for judgment of the life prediction of high-voltage switchgear.
