摘要
某换流站为提升输电线路冬季抗击冰雪灾害能力,在站内装设了一套额定容量为75 MW,额定输出电流为5000 A的直流融冰装置。针对零功率试验时套管处温升过高的问题,结合该换流站集装箱式融冰装置穿墙套管的温升异常情况,通过ANSYS电磁仿真软件,对温升异常、涡流损耗进行分析,提出集装箱壁和穿墙套管安装板的整改方案。整改完毕后现场重新升流检测无异常,证明该方案可解决箱式大电流穿墙套管温升异常问题。
A converter station installed a set of DC ice melting devices with a rated capacity of 75 MW and a rated output current of 5000 A in order to improve the ability of transmission lines to resist ice and snow disasters in winter.Aiming at the problem of excessive temperature rise at the casing during zero power test,combined with the abnormal temperature rise of the wall casing of the container-type ice melting device in the converter station,through ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software,the abnormal temperature rise and eddy current loss are analyzed,and the rectification plan for the container wall and the wall-through casing mounting plate is proposed.After the rectification,there is no abnormality in the on-site up-current detection,which proved that the solution can solve the abnormal temperature rise of the box-type high-current wall bushing.
