摘要
在高压开关柜运行工作中,母排作为运输电能的载体,其发热故障形成的过程是循序渐进的,而风险的形成原因往往具有隐性化、多样化的特征。鉴于此,借助物联网技术和自动控制原理,提出一种基于物联网的中置柜母线室风险诊断和保障方案,旨对母排的工作状况、发热原因和潜在风险提前进行分析和诊断,使隐性问题得以具象化,对风险可做到早发现、早处理、早预防,并通过风冷和水冷双系统相协调的方式进行有效散热,切实保障整个设备的安全,大幅提高电网工作的稳定性。
In the operation of high voltage switch cabinet,the busbar is the carrier of the electric transfer.However,the formations of busbar′s over-heated are progressive,and the formations of the risks are usually implicit and various.In view of that,with the help of the Internet of Things technology and the principle of automatic control,a risk diagnosis and guarantee scheme for the busbar room of the middle cabinet based on the Internet of Things is proposed.The purpose is to analyze and diagnose the working status of the busbar,the cause of fever and potential risks in advance,so that hidden problems can be visualized,and risks can be detected,treated and prevented early.Effective heat dissipation is carried out through the coordination of air-cooled and water-cooled dual systems,which effectively guarantees the safety of the entire equipment and greatly improves the stability of the power grid.
