摘要
贝斯公司依托山钢集团现有产线研发贝斯耐磨钢产品。利用炼钢过程洁净钢控制技术手段,确保转炉终点w(O)含量≤700×10-6,以减少钢水中氧化物总量;适当延长RH工序真空处理时间和纯脱气时间,保证钢中气体含量和夹杂物含量降至较低水平;连铸机稳定状态浇铸,确保铸坯低倍质量良好;钢板采用在线淬火和离线淬火两种热处理方式;通过调整工艺参数,钢板力学性能良好,完全满足耐磨钢性能指标。
Bisalloy Shangang develops wear Bisplate product on the production line of Shandong Steel Group.Using the pure steel making control system,the converter final w(O)content is surely not more than 700×10-6,so the oxide is reduced.Taking longer time of RH vacuum degassing treatment to make sure the content of gas and inclusions to a lower level.Having a steady state casting of caster to make a good macro quality of slab.The steel plates are quenched online or offline.By adjusting the process parameter,steel plate mechanic property is nice and all figures are qualified with anti-wearing requirement.
