摘要
层流冷却控制系统是带钢热连轧计算机系统控制的重要组成部分。以泰钢热轧不锈钢层流冷却系统为背景,结合现有技术和经验,设计实现适合现场生产需求的层流冷却控制系统。从过程自动化方面介绍了该系统的控制思想和实现方式,通过优化控制参数,采用先进的数学模型和控制技术,实现对层流冷却系统的二级控制,提高卷取温度控制精度,达到卷取温度对带钢的要求,从而保证品种钢性能均匀性,提高产品综合质量。
Laminar cooling control system is an important part of the computer system control for hot strip rolling.Based on the laminar cooling system of hot rolled stainless steel combined with the existing technology and experience in Taishan Steel,this paper designs and realizes the laminar cooling control system suitable for the production demand.This paper introduces the control idea and realization mode of the system from the aspect of process automation.By optimizing the control parameters and adopting advanced mathematical model and control technology,the secondary control of laminar cooling system is realized,the coiling temperature control accuracy is improved,and the requirements of coiling temperature on strip steel are met,so as to ensure the uniformity of steel properties and improve the comprehensive quality of products.
