摘要
泰钢高炉通过改变炉顶设备DP网络结构、倾动编码器冗余、设计时间法多环布料程序等措施,实现了炉顶设备、程序的冗余运行,大幅提高了炉顶自动化系统运行的可靠性和稳定性,为高炉炉顶设备运行提供了一种全新的工作方案。
In this paper,the redundant operation of top equipment and program has been realized by changing DP network structure of furnace top equipment,tilt encoder redundancy and designing multi-loop fabric program by time method.It greatly improves the reliability and stability of the top automation system and provides a new work program for the operation of the blast furnace top equipment.
