智能插入式工况流量计在高炉煤气上的应用分析

摘要 针对高炉煤气计量存在直管段不足、大管径低流速、灰尘多等影响精度的现状,运用模拟流量分析方法,找出管道内煤气分布规律,确定流量计选型和安装位置。运用工况校准仪中不同工况条件下的流量计算公式,实现计算方法的自适应匹配,达到较为可靠的管网平衡,保证了流量计的测量精度。 In view of the current situation that the accuracy of blast furnace gas measurement is affected by the lack of straight pipe section,large pipe diameter,low flow rate and much dust,the distribution law of gas in the pipe is found out by using the simulation flow analysis method,and the type selection and installation position of flowmeter are determined.By using the flow calculation formula under different working conditions in the working condition calibrator,the self-adaptive matching of the calculation method is realized,the reliable pipe network balance is achieved,and the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter is ensured.
