Research on Cultivating the Ability to Solve Complex Engineering Problems in Enterprises

新工科培养的目标是提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。它能帮助学生就业后快速适应工作角色,完成工作任务。本文对网络工程专业的学生解决复杂工程问题的能力培养进行研究。通过设计融合网络工程多个专业的应用场景的Python案例,采用案例教学法来培养学生对复杂工程问题的分析、设计、实现、总结、合作的综合能力,取得了较好的效果。

The goal of new engineering training is to improve students’ability to solve complex engineering problems.The students with this ability can quickly adapt to work roles and complete work tasks when they work in enterprises.This paper studies the training mode of network engineering students’ability to solve complex engineering problems.Through the design of Python cases integrating the application scenarios of multiple specialties in network engineering,case teaching is used to cultivate students’comprehensive ability of analysis,design,implementation,summary and cooperation for complex engineering problems.The results show a good effect.
