机器人专业人才培养模式

The Training Model of Robot Professionals

作为智能制造、自动化领域的重要组成部分,机器人得到了广泛应用。近几年来,中等职业学校陆续开设了机器人专业,但在人才培养方面存在一些亟待解决的问题。完善人才培养模式是机器人专业发展的首要任务,有利于提升学生职业技能,促进就业和经济发展。本文就当前机器人的背景进行分析,阐述机器人相关人才的培养现状,最后提出合理的机器人专业人才培养模式,希望能为中职机器人教育发展提供一些参考。

As an important part of intelligent manufacturing and automation,robots have been widely used.Secondary vocational schools have successively opened robotics majors in recent years,but there are some urgent problems in talent training.Improving the talent training model is the primary task of robotics professional development,which is conducive to improving students’vocational skills,promoting employment and economic development.This paper analyzes the background of current robots,expounds the current situation of robot-related personnel training,and finally proposes a reasonable training model for robot professionals,hoping to provide some help for the development of secondary vocational robot education.
