钻井用延时吸水膨胀堵漏剂的制备及其室内性能评价

摘要 针对常规膨胀堵漏剂抗温能力不够、强度不足、膨胀速度难以控制等问题,利用丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、增强剂及交联剂等为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系,制备出耐温型吸水膨胀树脂,再经表面延时改性处理,制得耐温型延时吸水膨胀堵漏剂。测试其延时吸水膨胀性能、耐温性能及对渗透型漏失地层封堵性能。研究结果表明:吸水膨胀树脂可耐温120℃,延时膨胀堵漏剂在30℃清水中可延时吸水膨胀约2 h;针对渗透型漏失地层,封堵层承压能力达6 MPa,总漏失量仅为113 mL,延时膨胀堵漏剂具有良好的封堵效果。 Aming at the problems of insufficient temperature resistance,insufficient strength,and difficult to control the expansion in the use of conventional expansion lost circulation material.Using acrylic acid,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid,intensifier and crosslinkers as raw materials,the temperature resistant water absorbent resin is prepared by oxidation-reduction initiation system,and then the temperature resistant delayed expansion lost circulation material is prepared by surface delay modification.The performance of delayed expansion,temperature resistance and plugging of permeable leakage formation are measured.The results show that the water absorbent expansion resin can withstand 120℃,and the delayed expansion lost circulation material can delay water absorption and expansion for about 2 hours in water at 30℃.For the permeable leakage formation,the pressure bearing capacity of plugging layer is up to 6 MPa,and the total leakage amount is only 113 mL.The delay expansion lost circulation material has good plugging effect.
