不同波纹倾角微型板片的传热与流动分析

摘要 通过Fluent软件对波纹倾角为30°~80°的微型板片进行数值模拟,综合数值模拟计算结果分析了努赛尔数、换热因子、压降、摩擦因子和面积质量因子对微型波纹板片传热和流动性能的影响。对努塞尔数进行计算和分析,建立了一种包含波纹倾角的微型波纹板片换热准则方程,能够对微型波纹板片全焊接板式换热器产品设计开发以及应用提供理论依据。 The Fluent software is used to numerically simulate the micro-plates with a corrugated inclination of 30°-80°.The effects of Nusselt number,heat transfer factor,pressure drop,friction factor and area mass factor on the heat transfer and flow performance of micro-corrugated plate are analyzed.Based on the calculation and analysis of Nusselt number,a heat transfer criterion equation of micro-corrugated plate with corrugated inclination is established,which can provide a theoretical basis for the design,development and application of micro-corrugated plate all welded plate heat exchanger.
