二钼酸铵母液循环中钾的数模研究与浅析

摘要 使用数学建模研究二钼酸铵母液循环过程,整理出了母液、产品中钾含量的关系式,论证了蒸发环节除钾对产品钾含量的影响,发现了投入钾量以加权平均值的形式影响产品钾含量,初步获得了产品钾含量的调控方法。 The circulation process of ammonium dimolybdate mother liquor was studied by mathematical modeling,the relation formula of potassium content in mother liquor and product was sorted out,and the effect of potassium removal in evaporation process on product potassium content was demonstrated.It was found that the input amount of potassium affected product potassium content in the form of weighted average value,and the regulation method of product potassium content was preliminarily obtained.
