摘要
本试验建立了AFS-230E双道原子荧光计测定工业废水中砷和汞的检测方法。试验结果表明,此法灵敏度高,砷和汞检出限分别为0.0405μg/L和0.0158μg/L;且操作简单、速度快、干扰少,准确度、精密度和回收率均满足要求,具有较宽的线性范围,可用于工业环境监测工业废水中砷和汞的含量。
This experiment has established a method for the determination of arsenic and the mercury in industrial waste water by AFS-230E two-channel atomic fluorimeter.The experimental result indicates that this method has high sensitivity,detection limits of arsenic and the mercury are 0.0405μg/L and 0.0158μg/L,respectively.It also has the advantages of simple operation,fast speed,less interference,accuracy,precision and recovery both meeting the request,wide linear scope,available in industry environment monitoring arsenic and mercury content in industrial waste water.
