A Restorable Strategy of the Space-reconstruction of Historical Buildings

历史建筑是一种文化遗产,也是广大群众生产生活的载体,面临着历史文化价值传承和满足活化利用需求之间的现实矛盾。从尊重历史、立足现实、面向未来的历史观角度,拓展各类传统建筑保护理念,针对当下历史建筑活化利用中的空间改造和功能提升的需求和困境,提出历史建筑空间可复原改造策略,并通过可复原策略内涵辨析以及技术和实施策略的分析,以期为解决当下历史建筑的遗产价值传承和活化利用需求之间的矛盾提供有效方法。

Historical buildings are not only a kind of cultural heritage,but also the carrier of public production and life.However,they are now facing the realistic contradiction between the inheritance of historical and cultural values and the demand of activation and utilization.From the historical perspective of respecting the history,basing on the reality and facing the future,this article aims at the current demand and predicament of space-reconstruction and functional upgrade in the activation and utilization of historical buildings,and puts forward a restorable space-reconstruction strategy by expanding the past concept of architectural heritage protection.Through the analysis of connotation,technology and implementation strategies,this article tries to provide an effective method to solve the contradiction between heritage value inheritance and the activation and utilization demand of historical buildings.
