企业多元化战略从提出到现在,很多国家的企业都开始采用,其中一些企业利用多元化战略取得了成功。主要分析企业多元化的动因,并分析电器企业多元化战略选择面临的一些问题。同时指出,电器企业多元化战略选择要稳步发展,以自身企业的核心竞争力为基础,优先发展相关产业,建立科学的管理体制并选择恰当的多元化时机,这样电器企业才会在多元化的道路上取得成功。

Corporate diversification strategy has been adopted by enterprises in various countries since it was put forward,and many of them have achieved success with diversification strategy.This article mainly analyzes the motivations of enterprise diversification,and gives some suggestions for some problems that electrical appliance enterprises may face in their diversification strategy.The choice of diversification strategy of electrical enterprises should develop steadily,based on the core competitiveness of their own enterprises,give priority to the development of related industries,establish a scientific management system and choose the right time for diversification,so that electrical enterprises can succeed on the road of diversification.
