摘要
国内外研究表明,工作满意度对工作态度和工作质量有重要影响。基于此,采用问卷调查的方法,对广东省五所民办高校教师的满意度进行调查。调查结果显示:薪酬待遇、晋升进修、学术氛围、领导管理是影响民办高校教师满意度的主要因素。民办高校教师薪酬明显偏低,学术氛围差,教师职业发展空间受限,管理水平低,教师缺乏归属感是导致民办高校教师满意度不高的主要原因。最后,从满意度视角,提出民办高校可以适当提高教师薪酬,重视教师培训,改善学术氛围,提升教师职业发展空间,提高管理水平,增强教师幸福感和归属感,从而构建民办高校与教师发展的良性机制。
Research at internal and abroad shows that job satisfaction has an important impact on work attitude and work quality.This study uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction of teachers in five private colleges and in Guangdong Province.The survey shows that salary,promotion,academic atmosphere and leadership management are the main factors affecting the satisfaction of teachers in private colleges.It is pointed out that the main reasons for the low satisfaction of teachers in private colleges are the low salary of teachers,the poor academic atmosphere,the limited space for teachers’professional development,the low management level of private colleges,and the lack of sense of belonging of teachers.Finally,from the perspective of satisfaction,the paper puts forward that private colleges can appropriately increase teachers’salaries,attach importance to teacher training,improve academic atmosphere,improve teachers’professional development space,improve management level,enhance teachers’happiness,enhance teachers’sense of belonging,and build a benign mechanism between private colleges and teachers.
