从腹部外科医师的角度审视食管胃结合部胃肠间质瘤微创治疗策略的演变发展趋势 被引量:3

摘要 胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,近年来微创治疗技术已经被越来越多地应用于GIST的治疗。食管胃结合部GIST的外科治疗具有一定的特殊性,临床医师需要提高对食管胃结合部GIST的认识,并制订最优化的治疗手段。本文拟从腹部外科医师视角浅析基于当前循证医学证据基础上食管胃结合部GIST微创治疗的演变发展及目前腹腔镜技术在该领域的应用。 Gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)is the most common mesenchymal tumor of gastrointestinal tract.In recent years,minimally invasive surgery has been more and more applied in the treatment of GIST.The surgical treatment of GIST at the esophagogastric junction has its particularity.Clinicians need to improve the understanding of GIST at the esophagogastric junction and develop the optimal treatment.From the perspective of abdominal surgeons,this paper analyzes the evolution and development of minimally invasive treatment of GIST at the esophagogastric junction based on the current evidence,and the current application of laparoscopic technology in this field.
