流延聚乙烯薄膜专用树脂的开发

Development of special resin for polyethylene casting film

本文研究探讨了利用Z-N催化剂开发流延聚乙烯专用树脂,并进行了市场推广应用。结果表明:ZF4533H可以满足聚乙烯流延膜芯层、电晕层,拉伸强度高、挺度好的需求;ZF4527C可以满足热封层,起热封温度低、热封强度高的要求。专用树脂解决了通用料生产的CPE薄膜易出现的端面变红、膜面“出汗”、亮纹、凝胶和晶点多等问题。

In this paper,the special resin for casting polyethylene film was developed by using Z-N catalyst,which was popularized and applied in the market.The results show that ZF4533H can meet the needs of core layer and corona layer of polyethylene film with high tensile strength and good stiffness.ZF4527C can meet the requirements of heat sealing layer,low unsealing temperature and high heat sealing strength.The special resin solves the problems of CPE film produced by general materials,such as red end face,"sweat"on film surface,bright lines,gel and crystal point.
