摘要
为了得到卧式铁辊碾米机内碾白压力与其影响因素之间的关系,采用数值仿真的方式进行了虚拟试验研究。首先建立了卧式铁辊碾米机及米粒的离散元模型,然后考察当碾辊转速及米筛-碾辊之间距离这两个因素改变时,卧式铁辊碾米机的碾白室内碾白压力是如何改变的。仿真结果表明,随着碾辊转速的增加,碾白压力先减小后增大;碾白压力随着米筛-碾辊之间距离的增大而减小,其间的关系可以用一个幂函数来表达。
The virtual experiment is carried out by means of numerical simulation to obtain the relationship between whitening pressure and its influencing factors in the horizontal iron roller rice mill.Firstly,the discrete element model of horizontal iron roller rice mill and grain is established.Then research was done by changing the rotation speed of the roller and the distance between the rice screen and the roller to find out the changing of the white pressure.It shows that the whitening pressure decreases first and then increases with the increase of rolling speed;the whitening pressure decreases with the increase of the distance between the rice screen and the roller,and the relationship between them can be expressed as a power function.
