摘要
心理需求是行为的动力源,新时代高职思政课教师对生存发展、集体归属、尊重认同、价值实现等具有比较强烈的需求。文章在分析新时代高职思政课教师心理需求的基础上,提出了新时代高职思政课教师激励机制构建的基本原则与主要对策。
Psychological demand is the driving power of behavior.In the new era,teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges have relatively strong demand for survival and development,collective ownership,respect and identification,value realization,etc.Based on the analysis of the psychological needs of teachers of ideological and political courses,basic principles and main countermeasures for the construction of incentive mechanism are put forward.
