后疫情时期高职院校辅导员防疫管理工作策略探究

Exploration of the Working Strategy for Epidemic Prevention and Management of Higher Vocational College Counselors in Post-epidemic Period

新冠肺炎疫情给我国经济社会造成了持续性影响,同时也给高职院校疫情防控工作带来了新考验与新常态。辅导员作为学生管理工作第一责任人,奋战在严防严控校园疫情的第一线,肩负着至关重要的责任与担当。后疫情时期新形势下,高职院校辅导员防疫管理工作关乎社会群体和谐安定、大学校园长治久安以及教育教学秩序稳定,从个人到群体、从学校到家庭再到社会都产生了深刻影响,在分析防疫管理工作存在的多层面现实困境的基础上,构建以思想认识和意识形态为第一关口、以校内教育管理和校外安全管控为基本抓手、以工作模式和反馈体系打造实战利器、以心理疏导和家校联系守护心灵家园的“四维联动”防疫管理工作策略,扎实稳固编织高职院校群防群治工作网络,逐步创造校园疫情联防联控新局面。

The COVID-19 outbreak has caused a continuous impact on economy and society in China,and has also brought new tests and normal to the epidemic prevention and control work for higher vocational colleges.As people undertaking primary responsibilities for students management,counselors are fighting on the frontline of strict prevention and control of campus epidemics,and take vital responsibilities as well.In the post-epidemic period,the epidemic prevention and management work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is related to the harmony and stability of social groups,the long-term stability of campuses and teaching order.It has a profound impact from individuals to groups,from schools to families as well as to society.On the basis of analysis of the multi-faceted realities faced by epidemic prevention management work,it is suggested to build the"four-dimensional linkage"epidemic prevention management strategy with ideological understanding and ideology as the first pass,school education management and off-campus safety control as a basic step,work mode and feedback system as a strong weapon,and psychological guidance and home-school contact as a guarantee.Only in this way can we establish a network of mass prevention and governance,and gradually create a new situation of joint prevention and control of campus epidemics.
