某屏障环境动物实验室空调节能设计

Energy-saving design of air conditioning in a barrier environmental animal laboratory

摘要 屏障环境动物实验室空调新风比大、能耗大,其节能设计尤为重要。工程通过采用三种规格风冷模块冷热水机组,实现16种阶梯冷量调节,冷水变流量与机组匹配;采用U型热管新排风节能器全年回收排风显热;经核算降温除湿季节仅新风减温减焓处理;空调全天按时段定风量运行模式;系统自动控制节能运行。全年节电7.7万kW·h,节能静态投资回收1.4年,节能经济效益可观。 The air conditioning of animal laboratory in barrier environment is of great fresh air ratio and energy consumption,so the energy saving design is particularly important.In this project three kinds of air-cooled module chiller and hot water unit were adopted to achieve 16 kinds of step cooling capacity regulation,and the variable flow of cold water is matched with the unit;Using U type heat pipe new exhaust energy saver recovered sensible heat of exhaust air throughout the year;In the cooling and dehumidification season,only the fresh air is treated with temperature and enthalpy reduction.The air conditioning operation mode of fixed air volume in time period throughout the day;The system automatically controls the energy-saving operation.The annual energy saving is 77000 kWh,the static investment recovery of energy saving is 1.4 years,and the economic benefit of energy saving is remarkable.
