摘要
为了解决传统造纸盘磨机磨盘结构过于简单、浆料处理粗糙的问题,提出了一种造纸用新型磨盘,详细介绍了该磨盘的磨齿结构并通过SolidWorks软件对其内部流场数值进行了模拟分析。经模拟分析发现,造纸用新型磨盘可进一步提升浆料的离心作用,强化磨浆效果,提升帚化和分丝质量。
In order to solve the problem that the structure of the traditional paper mill is too simple and the slurry treatment is rough, a new type of paper mill is put forward. The grinding tooth structure of the mill is introduced in detail, and its internal flow field is simulated and analyzed by SolidWorks software. The simulation results show that the new grinding plate can further improve the centrifugal effect of pulp, strengthen the refining effect, and improve the broom and yarn quality.
