日粮中添加香芹酮对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究探讨香芹酮作为饲料添加剂对育肥猪的生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响。选取60头健康的体重(65.45±0.72) kg的杜大长杂交三元育肥猪,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头猪,分别饲喂基础饲料和基础饲料+75 mg/kg香芹酮。试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组背最长肌pH值、红度值均显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组育肥猪的血清中总蛋白和免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加香芹酮可以提高育肥猪的免疫能力,增加育肥猪背最长肌肉色评分,改善肉品质。 The experiment studied the effect of carvone on the production performance,serum biochemical indexes and meat quality of finishing pigs.Sixty healthy Du-Da-Chang hybrid three-yuan fattening pigs with the body weight(65.45±0.72)kg were selected and randomly divided into two groups,which were the experimental group and control group.There were five replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate.The pigs in control group were fed with basal diet,and the pigs in experiment group were fed with basal diet+75 mg/kg carvone.The experiment period was 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the pH value and redness value of the longissimus dorsi muscle in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum total protein and IgG content of the finishing pigs in experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicated that adding carvone to the diet can improve the immunity of finishing pigs,increase the color score of the longest back muscle of fattening pigs,and improve meat quality.
