不同开口饵料对美洲鳗鲡白仔苗肠道菌群的影响

Effect of different starter feeds on intestinal flora of Anguilla rostrata at elver stage

为比较不同开口饵料对美洲鳗鲡白仔苗肠道菌群的影响,采集投喂红虫和开口配合饲料白仔鳗的肠道样品,利用16S rDNA高通量测序方法,分析肠道菌群的差异情况。结果显示,开口配合饲料组美洲鳗鲡白仔苗的肠道菌群Chao1指数和Shannon指数高于红虫组。美洲鳗鲡白仔苗肠道以厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)为优势菌群。红虫组乳球菌属(Lactococcus)、莱朗河菌属(Reyranella)、浮丝藻菌属(Planktothrix)、土孢杆菌属(Terrisporobacter)和鲁杰氏菌属(Ruegeria)的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05);开口配合饲料组芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、厌氧芽孢杆菌属(Anaerobacillus)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、分节丝状菌属(Candidatus arthromitus)、贪噬菌属(Variovorax)、布劳特氏菌属(Blautia)、志贺氏埃希菌属(Escherichia shigella)和邻单胞菌属(Plesiomonas)的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。试验表明,与投喂红虫相比,投喂开口配合饲料美洲鳗鲡白仔苗的肠道菌群种类和相对丰度存在明显差异,潜在的益生菌增加。

The trial was conducted to compare the difference of intestinal flora of American eel elvers(Anguilla rostrata)fed with tubifex and artificial starter feed by using 16 S rDNA high-throughput sequencing method. The results showed that the Chao1 and Shannon indexes of intestinal flora of elvers in artificial starter feed were higher than tubifex group.Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the predominant phylum in the intestine of elvers. The relative abundances of Lactococcus, Reyranella, Planktothrix, Terrisporobacter and Ruegeria were significantly increased in tubifex group(P<0.05), the relative abundance of Bacillus, Anaerobacillus, Acinetobacter, Candidatus arthromitus, Variovorax, Blautia,Escherichia shigella and Plesiomonas were significantly increased in artificial starter feed group(P<0.05). The results indicated that the intestinal flora of American eel elvers fed with different starter feeds was significantly different, and the potentially beneficial bacteria were increased in the intestine of elvers fed with artificial starter feed.
