摘要
试验旨在研究玉米肽对黄鳝生化指标及免疫特性的影响。试验挑选600尾黄鳝随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾,对照组(CG)饲喂黄鳝商品饲料含42%鱼粉、试验组饲料分别含32%鱼粉(EG1)、32%鱼粉+1.5%玉米肽(EG2)和32%鱼粉+3.0%玉米肽(EG3)。试验期8周。结果显示,与CG组相比,EG2和EG3组黄鳝的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量分别提高53.4%和42.9%(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)含量分别下降5.5%和12.3%(P<0,05),血氨含量分别下降23.8%和42.9%(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白(IgM)含量分别提高42.9%和64.3%(P<0.05),且EG2和EG3组之间总胆固醇、血氨含量均差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明,EG3组对黄鳝的血清生理生化指标及免疫指标的改善效果最优。
The experiment studied the effect of corn peptide on biochemical indexes and immune characteristics of Monopterus albus. Six hundred Monopterus albus were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 50 Monopterus Albus in each replicates. The control group(CG) was fed with eel commercial feed containing42% fish meal, and the test group feed containing 32% fish meal(EG1), 32% fish meal+1.5% corn peptide(EG2) and32% fish meal+3.0% corn peptide(EG3). The test period was eight weeks. The results showed that,compared with CG group, the HDL content of EG2 and EG3 groups was increased by 53.4% and 42.9% respectively(P<0.05), TC was decreased by 5.5% and 12.3% respectively(P<0.05), the blood ammonia content was decreased by 23.8% and 42.9%respectively(P<0.05). IgM content was increased by 42.9% and 64.3% respectively(P<0.05). There were significant differences in TC and blood ammonia between EG2 and EG3 groups(P<0.05). The experiment indicated that EG3 group had the best effect on the improvement of serum physiological and biochemical indexes and immune indexes of Monopterus albus.
