四川宜宾等白酒主产区具有丰富而廉价的五粮型白酒糟,合理利用五粮型白酒糟可以有效提高育肥肉牛养殖经济效益和社会效益。文章介绍五粮型白酒糟的理化指标,分析其作为肉牛日粮的营养缺陷,总结白酒糟在育肥肉牛日粮中的应用研究现状,提出高比例五粮型白酒糟日粮饲喂肉牛需采取的综合技术措施,为广大白酒产区应用高比例白酒糟日粮发展肉牛养殖提供参考。

There are abundant and cheap five grain type distiller's grains in Yibin and other major liquor producing areas in Sichuan Province.Reasonable use of distiller's grains to fatten beef cattle can effectively improve the economic and social benefits.The paper introduced the main physical and chemical indexes of five grain type distiller's grains,analyzed its nutritional defects as beef cattle diet,summarized the application research status of distiller's grains in fattening beef cattle diet,and put forward the comprehensive technical measures to feed beef cattle with high proportion of five grain type distiller's grains diet,which provided reference for the development of beef cattle breeding with high proportion of distiller's grains in liquor producing areas.
