摘要
菜籽粕是一种资源充足、营养丰富的优质饲用蛋白源。但是,菜籽粕中的硫苷、植酸、单宁、芥子碱、粗纤维等抗营养因子限制其在饲料中的高效应用。采用益生菌发酵处理菜籽粕可降低抗营养因子含量,提升其应用价值。文章对单一菌种和多菌种益生菌联合发酵降解菜籽粕抗营养因子的研究进展进行综述,旨在为益生菌发酵菜籽粕技术的开发利用提供参考。
Rapeseed meal is a kind of high quality feeding protein source with abundant resources.However,rapeseed meal contains anti-nutrition factors,such as glucosinolates,phytic acid,sinapine,tannin and crude fiber,which limit its efficient application in feed.The treatment of rapeseed meal by fermentation with probiotics can reduce the content of its anti-nutrition factors and enhance its application value.In the paper,the research on fermentation of rapeseed meal with single probiotic and multi-probiotics to degrade anti-nutrition factors is reviewed,which provide a reference for the development and application of microbial fermentation technology with probiotics in rapeseed meal.
