摘要
喷墨打印作为一种工序简单、低成本、无掩模、非接触、承印基板和墨水材料选择广的数字化制备工艺,广泛应用于多种领域。利用喷墨打印技术,以PEDOT∶PSS为空穴注入层,PF-SO为发光层,并蒸镀Ba和Al电极,实现像素化蓝光OLED器件的制备。通过精确调控打印喷头驱动参数调整墨滴喷射特性,并调控墨水张力、粘度等参数,获得平整的发光像素阵列,所制备的器件的最大亮度为1100 cd/m^(2),外量子效率为1.1%。
As a simple,low-cost,maskless,non-contact digital preparation process with a wide selection of substrates and ink materials,inkjet printing was widely used in many fields.Pixelated blue OLED devices,with a hole injection layer of PEDOT∶PSS and emitting layer of PFSO,have been prepared using inkjet printing technology,combined with vapor deposition of Ba and Al cathodes.The ink droplet ejection characteristics were controlled by precisely adjusting the driving parameters of the nozzle,and flat light-emitting pixel arrays had been obtained through adjusting the ink tension and viscosity.The proposed devices show a maximum brightness of 1100 cd/m^(2) and external quantum efficiency of 1.1%.
