幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者健康自我管理能力与躯体化症状的关系

Relationship between health self-management ability and somatization symptom in the patients with peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori

目的:探讨幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者健康自我管理能力与躯体化症状的关系。方法:运用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)和躯体化症状自评量表(SSS)对456例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者(研究组)进行调查,并将结果与同期456名一般情况相匹配的健康人群(对照组)进行比较。结果:研究组AHSMSRS总分明显低于对照组得分(t=23.933,P<0.01),研究组SSS总分评分明显高于对照组得分(t=43.395,P<0.01)。相关分析显示,健康自我管理能力量表总分与躯体化症状自评量表总分呈负相关(r=-0.314,P<0.01)。结论:幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者健康自我管理能力与躯体化症状存在负相关性,健康自我管理能力是躯体化症状的影响因素。

Objective:To explore the relationship between health self-management ability and somatization symptom in the patients with peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori.Methods:A total of 456 patients with a pepticulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori(study group)were researched using AHSMSRS and SSS,the result was compared with that of 456 healthy crowd(control group)whose general condition was well-matched.Results:The total score of AHSMSRS in study group was lower than that in control group(t=-23.933,P<0.01),the total score of SSS was higher than that in control group(t=43.395,P<0.01).The total score of AHSMSRS showed a negative correlation with the total score of SSS(r=-0.314,P<0.01).Conclusion:Health self-management ability shows a negative correlation with somatization symptom in the patients with peptic ulcer and health self-management ability is an influencing factor of somatization symptom.
