摘要
目的:观察酸甘化酒饮对急性酒精中毒雄性小鼠促醒作用及生存率的影响。方法:随机选择40只已经适应性喂养3 d并已经禁食12 h小鼠,随机分为对照组,酸甘化酒饮低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。分别灌胃蒸馏水,酸甘化酒饮低、中、高剂量酸甘化酒饮,灌水、灌药30 min后按0.14 mL/10 g灌胃56°红星二锅头,并记录小鼠翻正反射消失、恢复的时间。随机选择45只已经适应性喂养3 d并已经禁食12 h小鼠,随机分为对照组15只、酸甘化酒饮低剂量组15只、酸甘化酒饮高剂量组15只。3组小鼠在灌酒前30 min,按0.2 mL/10 g分别灌胃蒸馏水,低、高剂量酸甘化酒饮,30 min后按0.18 mL/10 g给各组小鼠灌胃56°红星二锅头,而后放入饲养笼中,正常投食、喂水,观察各组最后的成活率。结果:酸甘化酒饮高、中剂量组小鼠醉酒潜伏时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05),酸甘化酒饮高、中剂量组小鼠醉酒时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。灌药、灌水、灌酒后第1天、第2天,对照组有4只小鼠死亡,酸甘化酒饮低剂量组有2只小鼠死亡,酸甘化酒饮高剂量组有1只小鼠死亡,其后3组均未再出现小鼠死亡。酸甘化酒饮高剂量组死亡率明显高于对照组。结论:酸甘化酒饮具有防醉、促醒的功能,能降低醉酒小鼠的死亡率、提高成活率。
Objective:To observe the effect of Suangan Huajiu decoction on awakening and survival rate of male mice with acute alcoholism.Methods:40 mice were randomly divided into control group(10 mice in each group)and low,middle and high dose group(10 mice in each group).After 30 min of irrigation with the water and the Suangan Huajiu decoction,56°Red Star Erguotou was given 0.14 mL/10 g,and the time of disappearance and recovery of righting reflex was recorded.Forty-five mice were randomly divided into control group(n=15),low-dose group(n=15)and high-dose group(n=15).Three groups of mice were given water、low and high dosage of Suangan Huajiu decoction at 0.2 mL/10 g.After 30 min of irrigation,56°Red Star Erguotou at 0.18 mL/10 g was given,observe the final survival rate of each group.Results:The latency time of the mice in high and middle dosage group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the time of the mice in high and middle dosage group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).For the first and second day,four mice died in the control group,two mice died in the low-dose group and one mice died in the high-dose group,and then no mice died in the three groups.The death rate of the high-dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the survival rate was higher than the control group.Conclusion:Suangan Huajiu decoction has the function of preventing drunkenness and promoting awaking,which can reduce the death rate and increase the survival rate of the drunk mice.
