摘要
针对国内标准少见对Ti55531钛合金消除应力退火工艺研究的问题,设计了固定退火时间、变化热处理温度和固定温度、变化退火时间的多组别工艺试验,检测了抗拉强度、应力、富氧α相和氢含量,分析了不同温度、时间对抗拉强度及应力消除程度的影响,并与近β型TC18M钛合金进行对比试验,最终优选出的消除应力退火工艺参数保证了Ti55531钛合金各项性能指标的实现,满足了某型号产品的加工需求。结果表明:Ti55531钛合金退火消除应力最佳温度为500~640℃,时间≥3 h。
Aimed at the problem of few internal standards study on anneal used for stress-relief of Ti55531 titanium alloy,a multi-group process test was designed including fixed annealing time,changing heat treatment temperatures,fixed temperatures,changing annealing time,which measured tensile strength,stress,oxygen enrichment of alpha phase and hydrogen content,and analyzed the effects of different temperature and time on tensile strength and stress relief degree.The results were compared with those of approximateβtype TC18M titanium alloy,finally,the optimized process parameters of stress relief annealing were chosen which ensured the realization of the performance indexes of Ti55531 titanium alloy and met the processing requirements of a certain type of product.The results showed that the suitable temperature for stress relief by annealing of Ti55531 titanium alloy was 500~640℃and the suitable time was not less than 3 hours.
