摘要
触发器是一种能够在撞击作用下产生触发电压的装置,其产生的触发电压脉冲峰值和能量大小决定装置能否准确动作,因此有必要对触发器产生的触发电压峰值和电压能量进行准确测量。传统的计算电压峰值和能量测量的方法是在触发波形上手动取点,再用数值处理拟合成一个较为靠近触发波形的时间函数,然后对时间函数进行积分得到能量。该方法数据点少且常为手工采集,拟合函数精度差,效率低。因此提出一种基于数字图像处理的触发器电压触发波形采集和计算方法,通过把采集原图(不经降噪处理)直接进行数字化的处理和计算,得出脉冲电压图像代表的能量值和电压峰值。该方法经试验验证,数据显示其能量及能量偏差均不超过±4%,因此该方法在提高处理效率的同时还能保证其精确度。
The trigger was a device that could generate trigger voltage under the impact,the peak value and energy of trigger voltage pulse generated by the trigger determined whether the device could act accurately,so,it was necessary to accurately measure the peak value and energy of trigger voltage generated by the trigger.The traditional method of calculating voltage peak value and energy measurement was to manually take the points on the trigger waveform,then used numerical processing to fit a time function close to the trigger waveform,finally integrated the time function to get the energy.Because of few data points and often being manually collected,the method was poor accurately and low efficiency.So a method of acquisition and calculation of trigger voltage waveform was proposed based on digital image processing.The energy value and voltage peak value represented by pulse voltage image were obtained by digitizing the original image(without noise reduction).The experimental results showed that the energy and energy deviation of the method were less than±4%,so the method could improve the processing efficiency and ensure the accuracy at the same time.
