摘要
随着国际军事技术的快速提升,智能弹药、精确打击、高效毁伤成为未来战场的主流,常规弹药装备在装备品种中虽然在降低,但其是武器系统大家族中的一分子,也是现代战争中不可缺少的武器装备之一。发射装药是弹丸飞行的起始能量供给源,其作用可靠度决定着弹丸能否正常从炮口飞出,发射安全性决定着炮手以及阵地中战士的生命安全。从设计、加工工艺等方面对某型发射装药尾座开裂故障进行了分析,提出了预防措施,同时为相关产品及材料提供了借鉴。
With the rapid improvement of international military technology,it has becoming the mainstream of the future battlefield including intelligent munitions,precision strikes and high-efficiency damage.Although conventional ammunition equipment was decreasing in the variety of equipment,it was a member of the weapon system family,and it was also one of the indispensable weapons and equipment in modern war.The launching charge was the initial energy source for the flight of the projectile,and its function reliability determined whether the projectile flew out of the muzzle normally,the launch safety determined safety of the gunner and the soldiers in the battlefield.It was analyzed that the cracking failure of the tail seat of a certain type of propellant charge from the aspects of design and processing technology,and preventive measures were put forward,which provided reference for relative products and materials.
