摘要 自动生产中往往需要传感器对产品或工件进行检测识别,并根据检测结果做出对应的处理。因检测位置装有传感器,由于空间的限制,该工位无法安装执行装置,所以执行设备安装在下一工位,即执行动作为下一道工序的工作。传感器识别信号、PLC在下一工序中做出对应的处理是自动化生产中必不可少的部分。如何检测并记忆识别状态是PLC编程中要解决的问题。研究基于PLC控制的传感器检测识别记忆程序设计方法可以有效解决该类问题。通过上升沿指令的巧妙应用,使得识别记忆方法简单易懂。实践表明,该类识别记忆程序,程序简明,扫描周期短,有效提高了自动化系统中PLC的工作效率,达到了优化程序结构的目的。 In automatic production,sensors often needed to detect and identify products or workpieces,and made corresponding processing according to the detection results.The detection position was equipped with sensors,and because space constrained,the station could not install the executive device,the executive device was installed in the next station,that was,the executive action as the work of the next process.Sensor recognition signal and making the corresponding processing of PLC in the next process was an essential part of automatic production.How to detect and remember the recognition state was a problem to be solved in PLC programming.Program design of sensor recognition memory based on PLC control is studied to solve the problems.Through the clever application of the rising edge instruction,the recognition and memory method were easy to understand.The practice showed that the program of recognition and memory had the advantages of simple program and short scanning cycle,which effectively improved the PLC working efficiency in the automation system and achieved the purpose of optimizing the program structure.
