摘要
"服务区+旅游"模式在不断融合和创新,但现阶段旅游型服务区主要存在主题定位不清、旅游和交通融合不足、缺乏专业性人才等问题,结合镇江地区服务区发展现状及沪宁服务区的特色,本文认为镇江可立足于赛珍珠文化主题来打造特色旅游服务区,可从统筹规划,全面布局、定位精准,目标明确、改变思路,升级产品三个方面作为重要抓手提升镇江地区的旅游竞争力。
"Service area+tourism" mode is constantly integrating and innovating. However, at present,there are some problems in tourism service areas, such as unclear theme orientation, insufficient integration of tourism and transportation, and lack of professional talents. Combined with the development status of Zhenjiang service area and the characteristics of Huning service area, this paper holds that Zhenjiang can be based on the theme of Pearl S. Buck culture to create a characteristic tourism service area, the tourism competitiveness of Zhenjiang can be improved from three aspects: overall planning, overall layout, accurate positioning, clear objectives, changing ideas and upgrading products.
