前列腺癌异质性转化PDX模型研究进展

Research progress in patient-derived tumor xenograft models of heterogeneous transformation of prostate cancer

异质性是前列腺癌的主要临床特征,也是影响其治疗效果的主要因素。建立基于临床肿瘤标本的异种移植转化模型,对于前列腺癌的研究具有重要意义。本文就前列腺癌的临床异质性进行总结,综述模拟临床特征的PDX模型研究进展,重点关注急需的异质性转化模型,以期为前列腺癌的临床转化机制研究和靶向药物筛选提供理想的动物模型。

Heterogeneous transformation is not only the major clinical feature of prostate cancer,but also the main factor affecting therapeutic outcome.It is of great importance for the study of prostate cancer to establish patient-derived tumor xenograft(PDX)transformation models.In this paper,we discuss the clinical heterogeneity of prostate cancer,review research progress in PDX models simulating clinical features,and focus on the urgently needed heterogeneous transformation model.We describe the ideal animal model needed for the study of prostate cancer transformation mechanisms and targeted drug screening.
