摘要
磁悬浮高速离心式鼓风机的设计涉及到流体力学、机械工程、电磁学、转子动力学、硬件、自动控制、软件开发等多学科。本文探讨如何快速设计磁悬浮鼓风机和控制系统,并合理界定每个组件的边界参数。首先介绍了磁悬浮鼓风机系统中叶轮、电机、转子各组件设计的相互关系。其次介绍了控制系统的设计要求,及其与磁悬浮轴承的参数匹配方法。最后,阐述了磁悬浮系统如何选取合适的控制器参数、传感器选型、控制器算法的选取和上位机设计的要求。
The design of the high-speed centrifugal blower with magnetic bearing involves fluid mechanics, mechanical engineering, electromagnetics, rotor dynamics, hardware, automatic control, software and other disciplines. This article explores the rapid design method of magnetic bearing centrifugal blower and control systems and discusses how to reasonably define the boundary parameters of each component. Firstly, the design rules for impeller, motor, and rotor is introduced, then the design requirements of the control system and parameters machining method of magnetic bearing is also presented, finally how to select the suitable controller parameters, sensor types, controller algorithm and design requirements of a host computer in magnetic bearing system are briefly described.
