喷涂成型家具板材封边聚氨酯材料研制及性能研究

摘要 采用液化MDI和低聚物二醇为原料制备A组分,低聚物多元醇、扩链剂3,5-二乙基甲苯二胺(DETDA)及催化剂等混合配制B组分,将A、B组分通过专用喷涂设备混合,制备了喷涂成型家具板材封边聚氨酯材料。讨论了多元醇种类、扩链剂用量、催化剂种类和用量以及喷涂工艺参数对聚氨酯材料反应特性、材料性能及表观效果的影响。结果表明,B组分中DETDA质量分数为21.0%,催化剂LC-2质量分数为0.9%时,材料综合性能较好;物料温度60~65℃,喷涂压力8.27~10.34 MPa时,喷涂料雾化和混合效果较好。研制的材料中有害元素和游离甲醛含量达到应用要求。 Component A was prepared with liquefied MDI and oligomer dihydric alcohol,component B was prepared with oligomer polyol,chain extender DETDA and catalyst.The edge banding polyurethane material of furniture plate was made with component A and component B by special spraying equipment. The effects of polyol type,chain extender dosage,catalyst type and dosage,and spraying process parameters on the reaction characteristics,material properties and apparent effects of PU materials were studied. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the material was better when the mass fraction of DETDA was 21. 0% and the mass fraction of catalyst LC-2 was 0. 9% in component B. The atomization and mixing was better when the material temperature was60 ~ 65 ℃ and the spraying pressure was 8. 27 ~ 10. 34 MPa. The content of harmful elements and free formaldehyde in the developed materials could meet the application requirements.
