玻纤增强聚氨酯合成轨枕耐腐蚀和耐老化性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用连续拉挤工艺,以组合聚醚、改性异氰酸酯及无碱玻璃纤维粗纱为原料制备了玻纤增强聚氨酯合成轨枕样品。研究了在酸、碱、盐溶液中的浸泡时长和荧光紫外灯照射时长对合成轨枕力学性能的影响。结果表明:玻纤增强聚氨酯合成轨枕的弯曲强度、竖向压缩强度、剪切强度和冲击韧性随着浸泡时间的增加而下降,下降幅度依次为碱溶液>酸溶液>盐溶液,其中剪切强度下降最为明显;采用UVA-340光源进行照射后,聚氨酯合成轨枕的力学性能呈现先升高后下降的趋势,但仍有较好的保留率。 The glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite sleeper sample was prepared with premixed poly⁃ether,modified isocyanate and alkali free glass fiber roving as raw materials by continuous pultrusion process.The effects of soaking time in acid,alkali and salt solution,and irradiation time of fluorescent ultraviolet lamp on me⁃chanical properties of composite sleeper were studied.The results showed that the bending strength,vertical com⁃pressive strength,shear strength and impact toughness of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite sleeper de⁃creased with the increase of soaking time,and the descending degree was in the order of alkali solution>acid solu⁃tion>salt solution,among which the shear strength was the most.After irradiation under the UVA⁃340 light,the mechanical properties of the polyurethane composite sleeper showed a trend of increase first and then decrease,but still had good retention rate.
