摘要
为解决热井无回热的双背压凝汽器运行中因低背压侧热井凝结水直接排入高背压侧热井混合导致的凝结水过冷度大、溶氧能力大、氧含量高等问题,本文提出了一种膜式除氧的方法,结构简单,该方法有效地降低了凝结水的过冷度,除氧效果明显。
For the double back pressure condenser without regenerative heat in hot well,the condensate from the hot well on the low back pressure side is directly discharged into the high back pressure side,which will lead to the subcooling degree of the condensate up to 2~3℃,high oxygen dissolving capacity and high oxygen content.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a membrane-type deaeration method with simple structure,which effectively reduces the supercooling degree of condensate water and the deaeration effect is obvious.
