产蛋白酶菌株P12产酶条件的优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过进行单因素和正交试验设计,对一株产蛋白酶菌株枯草芽孢杆菌P12的发酵培养基组成与产酶条件进行了优化。结果表明初始pH值为7.5,发酵温度为35℃,2%的葡萄糖、1.2%的蛋白胨、0.3%的牛肉膏、0.5%的NaCl、0.05%的MgSO4组合的发酵培养基为最优组合,发酵液酶活力达到289 U/mL。 The fermentation media components and enzyme production condition of Bacillus subtilis P12 are optimized through orthogonal experiment design based on single factor.The results show that the best technological condition is 2%glucose,1.2%peptone,0.3%beef paste,0.5%NaCl,0.05%MgSO4 with initial pH of 7.5 at 35℃.Under these conditions,the casein hydrolysis activity of the enzyme is estimated up to 289 U/mL.
